Sue Danver

Marital status: Committed Relationship
Occupation: Environmental activist
Comment: I have lived in the Pacific Northwest since 1980--Alaska for 6 years, Oregon for 11 years, and, currently, Washington for 12 years.  Much of my time has been spent doing environmental work--teaching or protecting natural resources with the National Park Service, Forest Service and Audubon.  Picture is looking up the Middle Fork of the Salmon River, Idaho, at its confluence with the Main Salmon.  Bob and I put together a private river trip (we were in a canoe) of the Middle Fork, a wilderness river, this July.

Congratulations and cheers to all.....looks like it was a fabulous reunion.

Sandy Adams (Young)

Marital status: Married
Children: 2
Occupation: RN/Speech Pathologist
Comment: 7/30/2014:  I love seeing everyone's news.  I am sorry I am unable to be at the reunion.  I had to go to NC to see my father and step mother...yes, both still alive!  I am still in Colorado and my husband, Bill, and I continue to work.  I am doing research, education and training for concussion management and awareness in pediatrics (RN and Speech Pathologist).  We have friends who are part of the NFL lawsuit and it is heartbreaking to see what happens later in life.  Our work is being used by concussion specialists and the CDC and so it goes on.

Both of our children and their families followed us to Colorado.  Our daughter Lyndsay, husband Josh, have two daughters, Kherrington (5) and Katherine (2 1/2).  Our son, Doug, married Kristina Vasys, on the beach in Mexico in May 2014. My brother, Chris Young, is still living in Darien and my sister, Conni Young Moore, is in Wilton.

Have a wonderful weekend and I can't wait to see pictures an updates.

I married my college sweetheart in 1973, Bill Adams from Boston. We have two fabulous children, Lyndsay (husband is Josh Turner) and Doug. One grandchild, Kherrington (5/08/09).  I work as an RN and my husband has been in the sporting goods world forever.  His job with Spalding Sports/Russell Athletic brought us to Denver (I never thought I would live west of the Mississippi), but WE LOVE IT!!  Miss you all...have a blast.  OMG...40 years...now, 40 more to go!!!

Chris Wilson

Marital status: Married
Children: 1
Occupation: English Teacher
Comment: Sorry to say that I can't make the 50th--but it's great to see all these pictures and the snippets of news about where everyone is and what they're doing. My wife Greer and I have moved to Brookline, Mass after nearly 27 years in Newton, raising a daughter who now lives in Dorchester and works in global public health.  After college, I lived in California for a bit, did some sailing-coaching while I finished grad school, then took a job at Boston College, where I've taught English, American Studies, and journalism for nearly 40 years now (and will be retiring in about a year). Thanks again to all the Reunion organizers for the invite--enjoy your weekend!

Comment: I am excited to learn of our 40th reunion.  Would love to attend but need to confirm my schedule.  My job is in San Francisco and I am responsible for 12 pre school centers around the city.  I have lived in Berkeley for the last 9 years.  My two children are in graduate school around the Bay area.  I come back every summer to visit my two brothers and sister in law in the Philadelphia area.  We enjoy time at the beach in Lewes, DE.  I often think back on our wonderful winning hockey team and Woodstock!  Would love to hear from old classmates.  Email me if you are going to be in the Bay area.
